All work is carried out by Clear Glass Window Cleaning. Inicio Digital only provides the enquiry form and passes your details to Clear Glass Window Cleaning.
Quotes are based on the information you provide. If property details differ when inspected, Clear Glass Window Cleaning may amend the quote before work begins.
Provide accurate details of your property and access.
Ensure access is available at the agreed date and time.
Inform Clear Glass Window Cleaning of any restrictions, hazards, or requirements.
Payment is made directly to Clear Glass Window Cleaning.
Payment terms (e.g. on completion, within 7 days) will be agreed with them.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if cancelling or rescheduling.

Refunds are at the discretion of Clear Glass Window Cleaning.
Disputes should be raised directly with them. If unresolved, Inicio Digital Ltd may assist with mediation.
Inicio Digital is not liable for the services carried out. Responsibility for quality, timing, and outcomes rests with Clear Glass Window Cleaning.
